Rebekah “Beka” Mercadel - is 18 years old and the driver of the; LAT/Mercadel Motorsports Autism Awareness drag racing team.

 As an active 8-year member of the National Hot Rod Association (NHRA) Junior Drag Racing League, she has 34 event wins and over 200 round wins and counting.

Beka's home track is Texas Raceway, located in Kennedale, Texas. However during the racing season, you can find her team tearing up tracks throughout Texas and the region: Including tracks in, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee, Florida, Oklahoma, and Denver, CO.

Team will resume testing in b-fuel front engine dragster April 3, 2011!
